Based on our experience with different EPCs projects around the globe, with special emphasis in the Energy business in the Middle East, we offer successful new methods to develop the EPC though all different stages, improving the delivery time for projects and shortening the time to handover projects to the final customer.
We understand that EPC is not enough for most of the markets especially in the Middle East, where most of the time EPC involves new technologies. Additionally, many customers are not willing to takeover the project as soon as the EPC is finalized, making this period longer than usual and increasing the running costs. To avoid this we’ve developed special programs that go together with the EPC development, starting at earlier EPC stages to decrease the time, increase profit and keep our customer confident with the new project.
For most of our projects, the customer decides to perform the final stage of the project like commissioning and startup, however, we make this process seamless within a very short time. We do this by applying our expertise and commissioning techniques, supporting not only with our commissioning strategies, designed to reduce failures and expenses during this initial startup process.
Our strengths are based in more than 20 years of experience with different kinds of turbines with more than 200 turbines commissioned around the world.
After the initial startup process has been accomplished (i.e. units or power plant are under commercial operation), the power plant income will depend on the availability and reliability of its main assets. Applying the world-class operations and maintenances procedures is our goal to ensure the maximum availability of the power plant to secure the maximum return to the investors or stakeholders.
